Info about the trip to Athens!

The details for the trip to Athens are starting to take form, and it looks like it's gonna be an unforgettable trip for the team.

We are going to train at three different facilities: Deree College, a pitch in Tavros and also at the arena belonging to the second division team Fostiras FC (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fostiras_F.C., http://fostiranews.blogspot.se/), thanks to technical director of the academies Petros Tasounidis! Petros is also looking for a suitable team for us to play against in Athens. A big thanks to Petros for that!

We have also arranged for the team to attend the match Panathinaikos vs. Levadiakos. Stelios Tsoukadas is our valuable contact in the matter, and Stelios will try to get tickets for Oranje for this match! As you know Marcus Berg is currently playing for Panathinaikos, and we will try to arrange a meeting with him after the match. Marcus has actually scored against me in a tournament in Jönköping, and if he can score against me I can almost guarantee that he can score against Levadiakos!

We will also be joined on our trip by our great sponsor, the entrepreneur Abbe Elyounssi, cousin of Norwegian international Tarik Elyounoussi, currently playing for Hoffenheim.

Apart from these athletic activities we will also be engaging in some cultural activities, like a visit to The Acropolis Museum and other historical monuments and places.

We have also booked a private bus with an English speaking driver, to accompany us during the whole stay, apart from the evenings.
